On 12/27/13 The Department of Health & Human Services will release a 453 page list of regulations requiring ALL Medicare and Medicaid providers to engage in Doomsday prepping.

The POTRBLOG team had hoped to shut down for Christmas but we knew that such media dead periods are when most vile government regulations are attempted (the Christmas vacation creation of the Federal Reserve as an example), so we had our eyes open.

The Government's rationale for imposing these Doomsday prepping regulations on ALL Medicare and Medicaid providers is Eye Opening TOO:

"Based on our analysis of the written reports, articles, and studies, as well as on our ongoing dialogue with representatives from the federal, state, and local levels and with various stakeholders, we believe that, currently, in the event of a disaster, health care providers and suppliers across the nation would not have the necessary emergency planning and preparation in place to adequately protect the health and safety of their patients. Underlying this problem is the pressing need for a more consistent regulatory approach that would ensure that providers and suppliers nationwide are required to plan for and respond to emergencies and disasters that directly impact patients, residents, clients, participants, and their communities".

Of course this is only part of the story, just in time for H7N9 fears, the entire Public Health system is getting a C4ISR overhaul and Federal integration that will make the NSA scandals look like a kindergarten prank.

CDC's Secret Security Force, Not Very Secret, But Definitely Scary

The Drudge Report had a headline today informing people about ObamaCare setting up a Secret Security Force. For those aware of what is going on with the Government's H7N9 pandemic planning, it is not very secret. But it is something the media does not cover much, likely because of the concern it would cause if the citizenry knew that- yes the CDC believes it has the authority to put a gun to your head and force you to take that shot of experimental H7N9 vaccine. And, oh by the way, they just did order 600 million syringes to give every person in the USA two shots.

If you want to get Narcolepsy, you'll want to try the new experimental H7N9 vaccine. Unfortunately you're not going to have much choice in the matter, as the U.S. government just awarded a $243,855,195 contract for 600,000,000 syringes for the explicit purpose of giving every person two shots with the vaccine.

 "Provide pandemic vaccine to all U.S. citizens within 6 (or less) months of a pandemic declaration: pandemic vaccine (600 M doses)" 

The evidence is now out that the AS03 adjuvant made by GSK in Canada (used in the H7N9 vaccine) causes NARCOLEPSY just like the AS03 made by GSK in Germany did when it was used in the H1N1 vaccine.

“I was shocked,” said [Dr] Witmans. “I noticed that the cases were more severe.” She added that most children she sees now have cataplexy, a sudden loss of muscle function that’s unusual in children."

Of course it seems sort of stupid hunch to expect that a dangerous product made by the same company would somehow become safer because it was made by the same company in a different country. Unfortunately, that hunch was exactly the excuse the CDC and BARDA used as the safety basis of adding AS03 to the U.S. H7N9 vaccine.

To put it clearly,  for the CDC and BARDA to  excuse a known dangerous risk of Narcolepsy based on a qualitative hunch with no quantitative knowledge, and then to test the end product on kids, = witchcraft.  Again, it is not science it is witchcraft. It is the difference between Alchemy and Chemistry, and it IS a dangerous practice.

Witchcraft passes as health care science these days because our private medical system is being transitioned to an Agribusiness HERD based veterinary type system where everyone is expected to believe that they will be treated as if they were a prized Hefer. Whereas, the historical truth of the system is that the health choices of the individual will be sacrificed on the alter of Centrally Planned and Paid for Public Health (CPPP), resulting in a health care famine.

Those who think that CPPP is a good thing should read the history of how the CCCP transitioned Agribusiness from private to public. This quote alone speaks volumes and it quite succinctly expresses the same sentiment as those who force vaccinations on individuals who are at greater risk from the vaccine than the proffered cure.

The situation appears to be a mobilization of the National Disaster Medical System 

Summary: 

Based on Federal Solicitations, FEMA is readying to deploy 100,000 medical personnel to 1000 shelter locations (100 medical personnel per location) on 48 hours notice. These shelter locations appear to be the housing quarters for the medical teams, as they are being stocked with atypical luxury, aka mobile showers, restrooms, hot food, medical clothing (scrubs), winter "sweat shirts and pants" etc.

Contractor comments/questions call it an "Armageddon scenario" and question the capabilities of their industries to support it. These Government solicitations have all the earmarks of massive logistical incompetence.

The threat being prepared for appears to be coming out of the Pacific Rim region, a likely scenario is the human spread of Avian Bird Flu (H7N9) out of China. We think less it is less likely (but we can't rule it out) that this is a Fukushima preparation because nuclear threats are invisible and usually deniable. Any such mobilization MUST BE less panic inducing than the threat which it seeks to quell, aka PANDEMIC.

Chinese Publish HERBAL Treatment Protocols For H7N9 Bird Flu

In the CDC's movie CONTAGION, Forsythia was the evil herb of choice leading the flu infected masses astray. It turns out in the case of H7N9,  Forsythia is only 3rd on the Chinese Herbal ingredient list prescribed for the treatment of H7N9 by the editorial team of the Journal of Thoracic Disease (PubMed Listed).

Below we have excerpted their prescribed treatment regimen for the H7N9 Bird Flu which includes both "Western Medicine" and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), certainly a combination that would not be listed in any medical literature generated in the USA.

Frankly, we're not sure whats worse; taking an experimental "emergency use authorized" H7N9 vaccine of dubious efficacy laced with risky adjuvants, or taking herbal products sourced from China. But one thing we are sure of is that WHEN the Government starts promoting a H7N9 panic, the FDA will ban this sort of information and attempt to arrest anyone not capitulating to such a ban (ala Contagion). 5. Treatment

5.1 The clinically diagnosed and confirmed patients with H7N9 avian influenza human infection must be properly isolated and treated

5.2 Symptomatic treatment Oxygen inhalation, antipyretics, cough suppressants, and expectorants may be applied

5.3 Treatment with antiretroviral drugs Antiretroviral drugs must be applied as soon as possible

• Neuraminidase inhibitors: Oseltamivir or zanamivir has shown certain efficacy in treating H5N1 and H1N1 avian influenza human infections, and therefore is supposed to be effective for H7N9 avian influenza human infection. The recommended oral dose of oseltamivir for adult is 75 mg (150 mg for severe cases) twice daily for 5-7 days. The recommended dose of zanamivir for adult is 10 mg, inhaled, twice daily;
• Ion channel M₂ blockers: laboratory experiments have shown that the virus is resistent to both amantadine and rimantadine, and therefore the ion channel M₂ blockers should not be applied alone.

5.4 Traditional Chinese medicine

• The epidemic toxin invades the lung and the lung loses its capability to disperse and descend Qi
• Symptoms: fever, cough with little phlegm, headache, and muscle and joint pain.
• Treatment: clearing away heat and dispersing lung.
• Recommended prescriptions:
• Mulberry leaves, Honeysuckle, Forsythia, Fried almonds, Gypsum fibrosum, Anemarrhena, Reed rhizome, Artemisia annua, Scutellaria, and Raw licorice.
• Decoction was orally taken once or twice (every 4-6 hours) a day with water.
• Addition or subtraction: for patients with severe cough, Loquat leaf and Zhejiang Fritillaria can be added.
• Proprietary Chinese medicines: clearance and Detoxification Capsule, Lianhua Qingwen Capsule, and Qing Kai Ling Injection.
• Retention of Epidemic Toxin in the Lung; shock.
• Symptoms: high fever, cough, a small amount of sputum that is difficult to spit out, breathlessness, hemoptysis, cold limbs, dripping cold sweat, uneasiness, and even coma and delirium.
• Treatment: clearing Lung, detoxication, elimination of pathogen, and support of resistance.
• Recommended prescriptions:
• Mix-fried ephedra, Fried almonds, Gypsum fibrosum, Anemarrhena, Houttuynia, Scutellaria, Fried Gardenia, Polygonum cuspidatum, Cornus, and Heterophylla.
• Decoction was orally taken or via nasogastric tube once or twice (every 4-6 hours) a day with water.
• Addition or subtraction: For patients with high fever, trance, and even coma and delirium, Angongniuhuang Pill may be added. For patients with cold limbs and dripping cold sweat, Ginseng, Radix aconiti praeparata, Calcined dragon bone, and Calcined oyster may be added. For patients with cyanotic lips, Radix notoginseng, Motherwort, Astragalus, and Angelica tail may be added.

From Federal Solicitation Number 2013-61145 and supporting document "J&A":
The Centers for Disease Control will require that all  Filtering Facial  Respirator  (FFR) manufacturers perform and pass fit tests on their masks in order to given NIOSH approval for their masks.

The CDC is having an ' H7N9 URGENT' economic analysis performed under the following ground rules:

(1) "What would the impact be to a given supplier if 10% of their current product failed the new performance test? 40% failed? 75% percent failed?"

(2) "What would the impact on the consumer populations be if 10%, 50%, 90% of all FFRs sold in North America, and globally, were no longer available?"

The CDC describes the urgent nature of this situation as follows:

"NIOSH further recognizes the urgency and the need for this economic analysis at this time due to the threat of Avian Influenza A H7N9. Lessons learned during the 2009 H1N1 flu outbreak (considered a non-serious flu) include issues with the supply and demand of well-fitting N95 filtering facepiece respirators (FFRs) for healthcare workers and others. The intent of the proposed rule is to add a population fit test requirement to the NIOSH performance requirements in Subpart K of 42 CFR Part 84"

Our estimation is that this directive will result in a 50% reduction if the PRE-PANDEMIC supply of masks and a 500%  increase in the average cost of a mask from $1 per mask to $5 per mask

As we have previously reported, this urgent revision is being sought because the H7N9 virus is defeating hospital caregiver masks. Unfortunately, this type of centralized corporatist  planning will only serve to make the situation much worse.

The following results should be expected:

(1) An increase in the transmission of H7N9
(2) Shortages and Rationing of masks in Hospitals
(3) Complete public unavailability of masks

Our risk mitigation position on H7N9 is that it has a low to medium likelihood of occurring in the USA this year, but that it has insanely high, large scale, death potential in adults should the pandemic occur as the government expects. 

We believe the primary high risk scenario that the average person might incur is the home quarantine of a sick child (as directed by the newly create 2-1-1 phone triage system).

That scenario is based on the following:

(1) Nearly 100% of ADULTS presenting with an H7N9 infection will die quickly without advanced life support.
(2) Children may survive an infection without hospitalization, but will likely infect adults.

In that situation, a well fitting P100 mask appears to be the best last line of defense.

One thing we won't do in this post is link to or otherwise use classified documents, even if they are in the public domain. Hence, any digging you do is solely on you. 

Today's headline on the Drudge Report quotes President Obama as saying:   'Nobody Is Listening to Your Telephone Calls'. The whole quote actually is: 

"When it comes to telephone calls, nobody is listening to your telephone calls. That's not what this program is about."

If the President were going to tell the the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, he would have said something like this: 'SOMETHING Is Listening To And Recording ALL Your Digital Communications'.

Now this is a subject we here at POTRBLOG have almost posted about for several years; but it seems sort of pointless as those who know already know; and those that don't know either don't want to know, or are incapable of doing anything about it. The only thing that has made us post about it now is Obama's use of "Clinton speak" ie "I did not sleep with that woman".

Of course, the first thing that the people who don't want to know will say is that  it is illegal to record such information.  Unfortunately there is a difference between being unconstitutional and being illegal, it shouldn't be that way; but it is. If a machine records all your digital communications but no human ever listens to it; they don't think it is illegal. If a machine finds something that tells a human to listen to it, they can rubber stamp a warrant. If the communication in any way, at any time, crossed the US border they don't even need a warrant.

The second thing the people who don't want to know will say is that it would take too much memory to record all digital communications. What these people don't know or don't mention is that a search of news paper reports will show that every digital text message sent in New York city of Septemeber 11, 2001 is available on line. What that means is that over 12 years ago all ready every digital message was being recorded. Given that fact, the cost  of computer memory at that time, and the available amount of computing power back then,  it is possible to do a parametric analysis to estimate what is more than possible today. We'll leave that exercise to you.

What we do know is that many of the Federal Job opening posted in the last several years have been for people who specialized in the computational capability to weed through massive amounts of unimportant data to find that data which has value in the near term. However, this situation will not be the case for long.

As computational capability grows and AI's improve, all data will have value as it will give those in power a kind of omniscient and predictive knowledge of their subjects. The corporate world already works to this end for economic reasons. The rise of corporatism (fascism 2.0) melds these capabilities nicely with the security/economic controls of the state. In the end, this will produce a mixture of digital omniscient with totalitarian omnipotence.

Governments desiring this type of capability is nothing new, what is new is that it creates a capability to utterly and completely control the economic behaviors of individuals in a manner that would have previously been considered in the realm of the supernatural, as was foretold in Revelation 13:17

¹⁷ And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

So we are not quite there yet, but every foundation has been laid for this to occur without the need for a supernatural input.  The technology is nearly there, and the laws are already there.

1 You need the Government's permission to work (e-verify)
2 You need the Government's permission to engage in private commerce (gun laws)
3 Cash is confiscated all the time without any evidence of a crime (drug laws)
4 You can't engage in any business without governmental permission. (regulations and taxes)
5.Your health care is no longer under your control (Obamacare)

Basically the US government can use the Commerce clause to implement every last detail of Revelation 13:17; the only thing they are missing is the insight into to your mind. But you share that insight into your mind every day and every second with every bit of digital communication you create.
Every thing you digitally say (and have ever said) can and will be used against you in a court of law, and Moore's law is making that possible.

So what can you do?
(1) Pray
(2) Create digital alter ego's to confuse the AI (not a countermeasure that is easily done).

Narcoleptic H7N9 Vaccine: Your Children Are In Danger From School Forced Vaccination

The CDC today has admitted they are planning massive national vaccinations with adjuvant laced H7N9 Hemorrhagic birdflu vaccines.

Your children will be forced to take multiple Narcolepsy inducing experimental H7N9 Hemorrhagic Bird Flu vaccinations this fall as a condition of attending school.  This will happen despite the fact that the median age of those affected by H7N9 in China was 61 years old.

The Government is in the process of ordering 512 Million syringes, enough for every person in the USA to get two shots. The Government has also just switched a near BILLION dollar emergency experimental H7N9 vaccine study to a Cost Plus status; and they are also massively over funding the Vaccine Injury trust fund.

It is massively clear that there is an unstoppable economic momentum for a forced nationwide H7N9 flu vaccination program. In light of the known issues with European adjuvant laced flu vaccines causing Narcolepsy in children and adults, the CDC has just issued a European solicitation for what we believe is ADVOCATE analytical study to disprove or muddy the connection to Narcolepsy and other side effects.

The CDC has NEVER allowed the use of adjuvants in FLU vaccines, but seeks to do so in this case because of a supposed weak human immune response to the H7N9 vaccine. The amount of money behind this effort, and the likely fact that large numbers of middle age and elderly adults may die from the urban feral pigeon spread of the H7N9 hemorrhagic bird flu (if it returns) will make these vaccinations a done deal.

At this stage we suspect that the evidence supports the fact that for children the risk of permanent injury / death is greater from the experimental H7N9 vaccine than it is from the flu itself. This situation may change if human to human transmission does occur. But as it stands now, we believe the greatest threat is to older adults who live in urban environments with large feral pigeon populations.

That movie was basically written and directed by the CDC for the CDC to get public support for budget allocations

Insidious Federal Funding Foretells Forced Flawed FLU Inoculations

The Congress is seeking to significantly over-fund the Federal Flu Vaccine Injury Trust fund. This "trust fund" is essential the equivalent of workmen's comp for people who are seriously injured by a flu vaccine, and can prove it. The Congress is enacting legislation that will place a 75 cent tax on every flu shot given.

There are 3 plausible reasons for Congress and the CDC to place such a large tax on each Flu Shot:

1. Congress seeks to discourage the poor from getting Flu shots by raising the price of the shot 
2. Congress wishes to over-fund the Flu Vaccine so they can play accounting tricks and appear to lower the deficit (much like is done with the loans against the Social Security Fund)
3. Congress/CDC expects a major Flu epidemic and believes that vaccine will have significant dangerous side effects. Obviously this will result in people being forced into taking a potential dangerous shot.

Given the current drum beat hysteria about the  H7N9 bird flu, we suspect it is likely that the Federal government believes it will at some point declare a public health emergency and will likely force a known, flawed, dangerous FLU vaccine on the civilian herd in a decision with will be rationalized as the  "lesser of evils". 

This type of planning is very similar to the recent massive governmental orders for potassium iodide pills as perpetration for further nuclear failures at Fukushima. It is also smacks the same type of planning shown by the insanely massive orders for hollow point ammunition order by the Government.

"Our retaliatory action will start without any notice from now," North Korea's state news agency KCNA said on Monday, noting actions would "start immediately."

Consider that North Korea had their own international Pyongyang Marathon the day before the Boston Marathon. The North Korean's are celebrating one of their faux high holy days- The Day Of The Sun- the birthday of their founding father Kim IL Sung on April 15th. One of their most important days of their year.

Its obvious that the North Korean's have the motive; but do they have the opportunity?
Well it just so happens that the only "China Town" in New England is in Boston and it is less than one mile away from the finish line. So unfortunately for the good people of China Town, it might make the place for an inconspicuous North Korean agent to try and meld in.

With all of these obvious connections, one would think that the Boston Marathon would have had greater vigilance; may be they have their focus in the wrong direction. It would seem as if they are still hunting to pin this bombing on Richard Jewell (the hero of the Atlanta Olympic bombing)

One key final aspect that puts this situation in the corner of a skilled special forces infiltrator is that the improvised explosive device apparently was made with local materials, but yet had sophistication in both in timing and directionality. Note that it was a low order explosive; that the blast was directional and aimed low (few windows were broken, and little shrapnel when vertical).

So does this guarantee that the North Korean's are responsible, NO; but it does mean that the authorities in Boston should have been actively considering the threat given how obvious the potential was. It is also telling that given the obvious threat potential that no one else is even mentioning the North Korean's as being the actor; maybe the payback is just to risky?

BTW, where was the missile launch that was expected on The Day Of The Sun? Maybe they had other things in mind?

Would Michael Moore Kill Children to Pass The Assault Weapons ban?

Saw the other day that Michael Moore wants explicit pictures of the dead Sandy Hook children released in order to force the Assault Weapons ban to happen.

Some where, there is some one of Michael Moore's ilk who is weighing the benefits of slaughtering more innocents to force the greater good of passing a so called assault weapons ban. Somewhere, there is a less benevolent evil person who only sees the slaughter of innocents as a force multiplier to assault every individual in the  entire  nation out of their individual right to defend oneself.

In both these scenarios the weapon of evil is not the gun, but rather the weapon of evil is the legislative body which is happy to be wielded by such an evil person. It certainly has been done before, ala Osama Bin Laden wielding the Congress into the Patriot act, and the Fed into a loose money supply.

Of course in the current situation the evil bastards don't have to fly airplanes into buildings, they only have to step into the safety of "gun free zones".

Teleprompter Killed Osama Bin Laden

I haven't been able to watch a President address the nation since Bill Clinton; just too much disingenuousness. However given the death of Bin Laden, I wanted to hear  our President speak to us.

I tuned in; turned on, and waited to hear the President speak. Disgustingly, when I heard the words "Flight", stumble, pause, advance teleprompter, "93", It  was obvious that I had not tuned in to the President. Instead, I had turned on to a  talking head  puppet miming a teleprompter. A puppet which had no human understanding of what the union of the words Flight + 93 meant. 

What American alive on 9/11/2001 could not say the words "Flight 93", without a heart felt understanding? Only a puppet  would have to stumble and wait for the word "93" to scroll across the teleprompter; A human would  not have needed to wait for the translation.

So who controls the puppet? Who controls the teleprompter? Follow the money. As fast as digital money is being virtually printed, it should be easy to follow the multicolored electrons to their final speculative oil holdings.

Miranda Rights for Mother Earth?

Fox News reported recently that the UN was going to waste an entire day "debating" whether an inanimate object (earth) should be granted "human" rights. Well, that is, "human" rights as the UN defines them, which for the most part aren't actually "rights" at all. But that's another conversation.

L. Neil Smith said it best some years ago in his fine essay "Animals are Property"

If you take nothing else from this essay, take this: the sillier the situation created by the other side's claims, the better they like it. Their goal is not to uphold the rights of animals [or Earth - Ms. X adds] ... but to render absurd -- and destroy -- the very concept of rights itself.

Then there is the fact that in order for animals, or planets or armchairs to have "rights", they must first have Responsibilities. And if they shirk, or are negligent in the execution of those responsibilities, they must able to be held accountable. When Ms. Earth fails in her responsibility to not kill us, will she be held accountable?

That would take some mighty big handcuffs.

Little Lord Fauntleroy is back in the pink!

Dr. Keith Ablow has written an amazing article over at Fox News, about gender boundaries.  He wrote in response to a J Crew ad showing a mother painting her little boy's toenails pink.

To the surprise of no one, (n=1)^1000 crowd hit their typewriters full force in the comments sections, to decry any attempt to establish and celebrate differences in the sexes.   While most agreed that forces of nature could not be denied, they were perfectly willing to try denial until nature became insurmountable.

So much for celebrating diversity.

The hundreds of commenters who wrote their n=1 hypotheses followed an identical template.  'My mother / sister / aunt / grandmother put makeup / nail polish / dresses / long curls on me and I turned out okay, so what's the big deal?'

Who's right?  The army of Fauntleroy enthusiasts, or the creepy looking friend of Glenn Beck?

"Who" you ask, "is Fauntleroy?"  Before I answer that, I just want to say in fairness (since I liked his article), that the good doctor looks less creepy in other photos.  Just the Fox one is odd.

So.  Little Lord Fauntleroy is a fictional character created by Frances Hodges Burnett of Secret Garden fame.  Fauntleroy was the anti-child, ridiculed, mocked and despised by real children; beloved, uplifted and extolled by parents.

A lad of 5 or 6, he lived with his beloved mother whom he called "Dearest"; waiting lovingly on her with hand and foot.  But most importantly, Fauntleroy was always immaculately garbed in suits and skirts, white kilts and black velvets, all crowned with 'shiny golden love locks that curled about his shoulders'.  As boys go, Faunt was an effeminate fop, who all mothers yearned after.  He was gender neutralized - old school.

In that day and age, foppishness and effeminacy was called "dressing your boy up as a young lord", and as it always has been throughout history, aspiring to wealth and aristocracy meant the adoption of effeminate softness.

Smooth slippery fabrics, powdered wigs, makeup.  Louis XIV's standards of opulent decay are historically cured only when lopped off at the neck.

That, is the point Dr. Ablow is trying to make.

The Faunts' mom didn't promote effeminacy by saying "it doesn't matter to me if he wants to like girls or boys or sheep when he grows up, or has certain body parts amputated like the pet dog.  I'm big enough to love whatever he turns into".  Loudly expansive toleration of the ostentatious  is a modern point of Munchhausen pride.

But pride of the ostentatious, whatever the trappings, has been a constant theme throughout history.   Ostentatiousness promises money, power and influence and attracts all who love those things.

Idle hands, ill gotten gains and the love of money prescribe national failure.

Though Fauntleroy single-handedly popularized the lace cravat in size 5T for a time, America was still young and industrious and in theory at least, opposed to rank and aristocracy.  Trends soon drifted toward a hard bitten masculine fashon, but without the communist abhorrence for wealth.

So is the J Crew mama just a silly woman putting her daughter-yearnings on a good natured, tolerant son?  Or is she consciously promoting the effeminacy that represents class and aristocracy, afforded by wealth and idleness?

I suggest it is in fact irrelevant what Jenna Lyons personal motives were.  What is relevant is that the photo and caption were published by a company trying to sell things.  And that company, which depends on the patronage of the wealthy for survival, is appealing through abject effeminacy. 

That answers the question, don't you think?

Heed Dr. Ablow.  If we are lucky, the worse that will happen is our wealth bubble will pop.  If we are not, well, I hope this time we get some chain mail woven into those lace cravats.

Better to pee on the lawn than vote third party

Since we don't shy away from the "p" word around here, this tidbit of American psychosis caught my attention.

Very recently, Jesse Ventura, professional wrestler, hardcore governor and scion of deep dark secrets, dropped by the View for a chat.

The conversation went something like this:

Jesse: America, take a good look at your beloved Republicans and Democrats. They're nothing but hideous space reptiles!

Whoopi: But what are we going to do about it? Protest? Call someone? Pee on the lawn?

Jesse: Vote for a third party candidate!

Joy: What! Throw my vote away?

Oh er, wait. That's not exactly right. You know how it is when you see something that was exactly like something else you saw once before? Kind of like when Neo saw the black cat, then he saw the black cat again and they all knew something had gone horribly wrong?
