Obama's Sinaloa Cocaine Contra Tijuana Affair

As all good heart'd people know, billionaire trillionaire Mexican drug lords buy their weapons of choice from common folk at gun shows along the US Border; its not like they own large numbers of people in the Mexican military who can provided them with all the weapons and explosives they need.

But things are tough these days in the drug running business, and if the Obama administration can help bail out friendly drug lords why not? After all, it worked for GM and Wall Street. Step in operation "fast and furious"

Fast and Furious, was short for how fast can we get a furious public to destroy the 2nd Amendment while still getting a desired political outcome in Mexico. The answer is obvious, have uncle Sam buy a bunch of guns for their favorite Mexican cartel and blame the result on gunshows, gun dealers, and red necks.

Of course, no such program is achievable without a media campaign to convince the public that billionaire drug operations only have weapons because of our God given liberties. Its a plan that almost (and may yet still) come to fruition.

Unfortunately there is no modern day Woodward and Bernstein willing to make the unpleasant connections between Fast & Furious and the Obama administration's push to even more highly regulate gun dealers along the border; or the ATF shotgun study which was about to be leveraged to further disarm the law abiding public; or why exactly the Obama administration was trying to give the Sinaola cartel the upper hand in Mexico by giving them direct weapon subsidies. Was there was another drug cartel closer to the US border that Obama administration was less friendly with for some reason?

All in all it makes one wonder how we solved all the illegal alcohol cartel problems during prohibition, maybe there are some lessons there?

North Kanto Plutonium Oxide Typhoon Rains? A Photo Comparison

The first photo below taken from Fukushima-diary.com . It has been purported to potentially be Plutonium Dioxide.


Plutonium Oxide is part of the MOX fuel which was located in Fukushima Unit 3. It is also formed from the exposure of Plutonium to moist air. One direct method of formation would be the rapid conversion (2 day half life) of Neptunium 239 into Plutonium 239. Large amounts of Neptunium 239 have been reported in Japan, and the potential signature of Neptunium 239 has been detected in the Saint Louis radioactive rainfall of September 14th.


According to Los Alamos National Labs, Plutonium Oxide:

"plutonium dioxide is normally olive green, samples can be various colors. It is generally believed that the color is a function of chemical purity, stoichiometry, particle size, and method of preparation, although the color resulting from a given preparation method is not always reproducible. " .

Typically the color is reported to be "yellow-brown". Notice that the color and consistency of  the substance from North Kanto Japan; it does bare a striking resemblance to the photos of known samples of Plutonium Dioxide provided by Los Alamos National Labs.

Raw Data from Saint Louis Neptunium 239 Detection Available for Public Analysis

To facilitate public analysis of the Neptunium 239 detection in the 9/14/11 Saint Louis fallout event,  the raw data from the Neptunium 239 detection analysis is presented below.

Further analysis  spawned by public input indicates that the measured spike at approximately 92 hours into the testing is NOT from Radon 222 daughter in-growth. Moreover, the presence of on going detectable levels of Radon 222 (+ daughters) in the sample is ruled out by the lack of an activity spike in the unshielded sample taken at 9/15/2011 17:06:50.

The overall observations from the 4000

(1) The further we traveled away from the jet-stream, the lower the radioactivity in the rainfall.

A sample swipe of this evening's rainfall from the truck hood and windshield returned a reading of 10 times greater than background radiation, 0.10 mR/hr

13x Background Radiation From Miniscule Rain Amount

This is probably the smallest sample of passing drizzle I've ever taken; for its size it turned out very hot, 13 times greater than background radiation. Saint Louis, Mo.

The source has a calculated average 2.4 day half life. The half life matches Neptunium 239. Np239 decays into Plutonium 239. The source would probably be Americium 243 created in the MOX fuel reactor at Fukushima Unit 3

Updated to add:
IF WE ARE LUCKY, the source will not be Americium 243 but rather Uranium 239 (in Fukushima); given the 2.4 day half life of Np 239, it is possible that source came directly across the jet-stream as Np-239. The result would be higher levels of Np-239 and Plutonium 239 the further west one went from Saint Louis. 




UPDATE 9/17/11:
The video below records raw data being taken from the 1.33 mR/hr radioactive rainfall which fell in Saint Louis, Mo on 9/14/11. This data was taken after shorter half life contamination had mostly burned off.

The data shown is from one hour total count readings taken of the radioactive source, and local background. The raw data from the later part of the video has yet to be fully analyzed.

This is a PRELIMINARY ALERT to take extra precautions with items that may have come in contact with the 9/14/11 radioactive rainfall in Saint Louis Missouri. see
[ALERT] Saint Louis Fallout 133x Greater Than Background Radiation 1.333 mR/hr


The Longer Half-Life alert may change to a false detection (or full blown alert) based on further testing to establish if changes have occurred in instantaneous background measurements.


The Preliminary alert is based on the detection of longer half life radionuclides in the fallout. As of 2:33pm STL time, the 1.33 mR/hr fallout is still reading approximately 0.014 mR/hr. The sample has been holding that value since approximately 11:30pm last night. The reading is comprised only of Beta and Gamma radiation, as all Alpha radiation is being shielded by the ziploc bag containing the sample.

The current value was established with two 10 minute total counts of 475 and 478 counts per min, taken at roughly 1 hour intervals.   The normal background levels for a  10 minute total test is typically 0.0077 mR/hr; current readings from the sample are therefore 2x background. This is an unusual situation, hence the preliminary alert. Further testing will occur to establish if this high reading is from the test sample or some other on going background anomaly.

University of Tokyo and Japan Atomic Energy Agency Support POTRBLOG Analysis On Fukushima Explosion

On May 4th 2011 the Potrblog team described the Fukushima 3 explosion and spent fuel rod ejections as the result of spent fuel cooling water becoming supersaturated with hydrogen.

"It is also likely that the water in the fuel cooling pond was supersaturated with hydrogen. When the explosion occurred, the hydrogen in solution in the cooling pond water would have frothed up, burned, and deflagrated, sending the fuel rods out of the top of the holding pond. Visualize a bottle of Coke dropping; the resultant the carbon dioxide coming out of solution and shooting out of the end; now instead of carbon dioxide picture it as burning hydrogen shooting out"

Empirical lab research by the University of Tokyo and the Japanese Atomic Energy Agency now confirms the generation of hydrogen in such fuel pools. They attribute the explosion in Fukushima 4 to hydrogen generated in fuel pools. The POTRBLOG team suspects that unlike Fukushima 3, the Fukushima 4 explosion did not manifest a large BLACK mushroom cloud because the Fukushima 4 explosion triggered before the fuel pools could become supersaturated with Hydrogen and Oxygen.This early triggering, as compared to Fukushima 3, would have limited damage to the roof line of the Fukushima 4 building.

I have uploaded the full video of this detection, with multiple samples taken; the readings represent a 30 second moving average updated every 3 seconds. The maximum reading of 1.362 mR/hr occurs at approximately 7min 33 sec into the video.

Boron Injection Wells Into Fukushima Ground Water and Nuclear PLINKO

The existence of high pressure injection wells pushing Boron into the ground water around Fukushima would be signs of one of a few last ditch efforts to prevent a massive China Syndrome steam explosion. For that reason, it is an approach that would likely be held close to the vest.

A full blown China Syndrome would result from a ball of hot fissioning 'corium' burning through to cool ground water, resulting in a massive radioactive steam explosion. However, for the most part, it appears that the Boron laden cooling water being pumped into the reactors has kept corium temperatures low enough that the suspected August 11th limited melt through was not immediately exothermically violent to an extent that it was immediately publicly obvious. The video below details the case supporting that limited melt through. In that scenario, criticallity was reached when portions of the corium transitioned from Boron laden cooling water (which absorbs neutrons) to ground water.

Unfortunately, the limited 8/11/11 melt through would have opened up a Nuclear PLINKO type path to the ground water, just waiting for the next upset to send a ball of corium into the Grand Prize winning China Syndrome slot. It is no wonder that the Japanese Military is practicing evacuation drills for just that eventuality.

[China Syndrome ALERT] Fukushima Nuclear Fission Hit Ground Water on August 11: Detected in Saint Louis on August 20

This video describes the August 11 "China Syndrome" nuclear melt-through event in Fukushima Japan, and the resultant fallout detection on August 20th in Saint Louis, Missouri.

The described cause is fissioning nuclear fuel from a Fukushima reactor melting into the ground; striking Radon laden ground water; releasing a large amount of radioactive fallout which was detected all along the North American jetstream.



The next video is of the actual radioactive fallout detection which occurred August 20, 2011 in Saint Louis, Mo.




The final video is an update of the second video in which the radioactive fallout is analyzed and identified by its half life. The scenarios in which the fallout could have been generated through direct nuclear action are described -later to be born out with data presented in the first video.

Its been raining here for approximately 6 hours, and we just took a sample swipe from the hood of a car that's been driven approximately 15 miles through light rain. The sample returned a value of 0.13 mR/hr.

North Anna NRC Meeting Summary: I Would NOT Want to Live Near North Anna

This is our quick plain language summary of the NRC meeting with the Dominion North Anna Nuclear; a follow-up is planned.

Based on limited, incomplete, and sometimes contradictory earthquake data, combined with visual "if it looks good, it IS good" inspections; North Anna nuclear believes they have no real damage and that they only need to follow minimal procedures to restart the facility.

Several of the lower level NRC engineers and geologists saw the obvious issues with Dominion's position and asked questions which highlighted the 'iffy' nature of their calculations and overall thrust.

I project that the lower level NRC engineering concerns will not translate up to NRC management because the cost of performing true diligence will be too great for Dominion to restart that plant.

The NRC also seemed to indicate they have no concerns with radioactive ground water contamination occurring at levels other nuclear plants have experienced.

Its clear to me that it will be quantitatively impossible for North Anna Nuclear to establish what level of earthquake the nuclear plant will be able to survive in the future. I wager that the primary hope is that there will be no new such earthquake for at least 100 years, and that a New Madrid quake would have only minimal effect in the current period.

Its also clear to me that North Anna gambled that the Nuclear Plant would survive Hurricane Irene despite raw data that would indicate it was a risky gamble. I also question if North Anna did not do their own immediate analysis of the earthquake monitoring equipment because the results would have put onus on them to evacuate the area in response to the incoming hurricane projections.

Based on these opinions, I WOULD NOT WANT TO LIVE NEAR NORTH ANNA. I would not want to be the guinea pig proving that 'low level radioactive leakage" and some subtle current damage would not lead to catastrophic failure in the near to medium term future. It is a gamble which North Anna can afford because they are protected by governmental regulations from the market forces that would require large insurance premiums for that plant to restart. If North Anna screws up, its the Public that is hurt and it is the Public which will cover the governmental insurance bailout.

If we want North Anna to be safe the NRC is NOT the answer. The answer is removing Dominion North Anna Nuclear from the public corporate welfare Nuclear insurance teat and having them seek and pay for their own operating insurance. No insurance company in its right mind would insure North Anna and its current plans/approach; only the government is that careless.

On August 20th, the POTRBLOG team reported that the 178X background radioactive rain fall "may be indicative of a RECENT SIGNIFICANT radiological event in Fukushima." That assessment now appears to be now born out by a Japanese report of large Iodine-131 detections in radioactive sewage collected in Oshu City 180+ KM north of Fukushima on August 25th. The collection date of the sewage sample correlates to several earthquakes during the period and reports of radioactive steam rising up from cracks in the ground at the Fukushima nuclear site. It also correlates strongly with large increases in radioactive detection along the jetstream in North America.

Taken together, the data is indicative of Coruim entering the ground water, becoming re-critical, and inducing the release/production of large amounts of Radon 222. The associated detections of extremely large quantities of Radon Daughters in the radioactive fallout raining down on North America are likely indicators of harder to detect longer half life fallout in the same rainfall.

Update: The DATA LEAK that sparked tomorrow's unscheduled NORTH ANNA Nuclear plant NRC meeting- THE QUAKE EXCEEDED THE DESIGN BY 2X

Anyone down wind, down stream, or living any where near the North Anna Nuclear Plant should do their utmost to physically attend TOMMORROW's (Sept 8th) PUBLIC MEETING that the Nuclear Regulator Commission will hold with Dominion North Anna management.


The extremely short meeting notice and the 2 1/2 hour drive required for North Anna residents to attend the meeting will make it difficult for local North Anna residents to attend and ask difficult questions (which likely won't be allowed anyways). IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT NORTH ANNA RESIDENTS ATTEND; a lack of in-person public attendance equates to a lack of public accountability.


The meeting will be held 1 – 5 p.m "Thursday, Sept. 8, in the Commissioners’ Conference Room on the first floor of the NRC’s One White Flint North building, at 11555 Rockville Pike in Rockville, Md".




The short of the meeting will be that North Anna plant is currently safe and that the plant will not be restarted until safety is assured.


What will NOT be discussed is:

1. The detail criteria which would cause the NRC to decommission the North Anna Plant.
2. The detail definition of "Normal Radioactive Releases".
3. The detail definition of abnormal radioactive releases.
4. The current effective earthquake design limit of the Nuclear Plant at this instant in time.
5. The current effective earthquake design limit of the entire site as a composite, Nuclear Plant and Lake Anna Dam (+ dikes) at this instant in time.
6. How much lower Lake Anna levels could have dropped before impacting the safety of the plant.
7. A detail definition (with criteria) of what "safety assured" means.
8. Any explanation of how and why the public's safety was put at risk by withholding information from the public until AFTER THE HURRICANE HAD PASSED that the plant's earthquake design limits where exceeded.

Dirty Tricks with the NRC Nuclear Event Reports, Surely Not

Update: 9/18/11 The issue appears to be resolved. The short of the issue is that there was IP based routing to certain servers that had out of date information. It is very disconcerting that a Safety Based organization had these sorts of issues for an extended time period on one of its primary external communication routes.


Update 9/8/11: I am now Locked Out of directly viewing the NRC “Current Event Notification Reports”; and only have limited success using anonymous proxies to gain access to the reports.

Surely this can't be a case of dirty tricks, but I decided to document it to see if anyone has a resolution. From the looks of it my IP address is not allowed to resolve any new NRC Nuclear Event Alert webpages. My only current access is using Google's cache via search for a current event number, or using an anonymous proxy to access the NRC webpage. It's an issue I've never run into before, any suggestions or insights would be appreciated.

Where are the NRC Event Reports for September 1st?

As of 3:15pm Eastern time on 9/1/11 the NRC has not updated its Nuclear Events Reports webpage? That surely must be a sign that nothing important is going on! Lets see if they can stretch it out past Labor day.
